Our online store allows you to change and return products within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order. To be accepted you must:
The merchandise must be in the condition in which you received it. This means that its packaging must not have been tampered with and the product must not have been used.
All returned items must be received by us in the original condition you received them, without signs of wear, soiling and fit for resale.
All products must have all the manufacturer's tags and tags attached to them when purchased and the retail sales slip that came with them.
We do not accept returns – changes to products that you have asked us to process before we send them to you.
In case of non-observance of the listed conditions, the company reserves the right to refuse your exchange - return. If this happens the product will be sent back to the recipient with a charge on it.
The transport costs of the product to be changed and to be returned are borne by the buyer unless our store is solely responsible. Our company recommends that you do a first check upon receipt of your order to make sure that your package does not have any obvious defects.
The change - return of a product can be made, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order, either by phone or by sending an e-mail informing the product to be returned and the new product of equal or greater value. If the desired product is of less value than the returned product, something additional must be purchased to at least equal the value of the returned product.
coldandheat.gr is not responsible for merchandise lost on return. Any damage to the product during the return of the product is solely borne by the Customer.
